We make offers via our automated online software —Professor Calculator, so our product list is not prone to error and we can quickly provide our customers with a detailed quotation.

We do shaft drawings automatically on Professor Designer, which is embedded in ZW CAD software, and this enables us to quickly send our customers the shaft drawings of their custom elevators.

Upon customer’s confirmation, we automatically do production drawings using formulas in SolidWorks 3D Cad software. This process allows us to produce our customers’ ordered goods free of defects and minimize the likelihood of our customers’ encountering an unexpected problem in the elevator field

ANSYS software is used for stress analysis of our products through the outsourcing of the work to a university, which makes our elevators completely safe

Our Quality Control (QC) process is automated. That is to say, Professor Calculator produces a QC report on the relevant product which we can share with our customers so that they can see their products before shipment.

We label our products and wooden boxes with a QR code which is produced by our automated QC software.

We print Technical Construction File (TCF), Installation Manual, Technical Catalogue and needed labels and place them in a cardboard document box, so the customer has all the required documents in print if needed.

Our elevators have EC-type certificates in compliance with the standards and directives.

Our after-sales department immediately answers our customers’ questions through WhatsApp, video conferencing or on-site visits.
